We cultivate 5 hectares of vines in the Grand Cru Határi, in the district of Olaszliszka. This vineyard is south orientated on the Zempleni slopes. The slope is 30 to 40 % incline. Those vines in pole allow to harvest nice and mature grapes and to make a very rich wine. We also cultivate around 3 hectares on the slopes of the Tokaj mountain. The Aszú berries are here very rich and complex with a huge fruity expression. And this every single year.

Complexity of the terroirs

Since 1991, Samuel has been covering the vineyard of Tokaj. This knowledge of the terroirs and the people encouraged him to create partnerships with winegrowers. The Aszú berries are bought on the vines. Like in the Champagne region, the complexity of the wines we produce comes from the multiple growths and the different styles of grapes and terroirs. The berries for instance come from loess, clay or tuff… The varieties we use in our wines are Furmint and Hárslevelű. Mentés Mentés
